Task Overview: Find tidbits of news in local historical newspapers and other sources, find a photo related to the story, and post it to the Museum’s Facebook page as part of our ongoing “On This Day” feature. News stories are very random – everything from major events like fires and floods to “Johnny Dortman caught a fish.” You can go with the randomness (because it’s fun), or you can link posts to annual holidays, national “days” or “weeks” (such as International Women’s Day, or Fire Prevention Week), or other themes if you want.
Job Type: Ongoing
